Gravesend is important, we need tourists to come to this town, we have things that other towns don't have. We need jobs for the next generation, the population will increase, we need to prepare.
I saw a documentary that there was going to be a universal studios in Essex ,England it was supposed to open in 1994 but it never happened and was canceled
Rival Disney??? I think not. Walt Disney World in Orlando alone covers 47 square miles! And that's just one of six resorts (Orlando, Anaheim, Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong), with another in China on the way. I'm sure this will be a great project for the people of Kent and the UK, but please refrain from hyperbolic statements like "rivaling Disney".

2018! Haha!!! It's 16th sep 2017.... it's said to be open in 2022... It would be great to have but, doesn't seem like it's happening anytime soon.
Don't worry. There will always be enough time to scrap the whole idea.
