This show touched my soul deeply as a child
I didn't even realize this was ever on FOX Kids haha. I remember watching it on a Canadian cartoon network called "Teletoon". It would air late at night, can't remember the time for sure but somewhere around 11:00pm and 1:00am. Times when I should have definitely been in bed since I had school the next day but I wasn't in bed. I was up watching "Cybersix".
Same here, as a Canadian kid i'd stay up late when I was visiting my aunts and watch late night Teletoon. The finale of this show blew my tiny child mind
The weirdest shit aired on that channel. There would be this, French porn cartoons, then a couple episodes of Keeping Up Appearances for some reason.
I remember it airing every Thursday night.
I’ve always had trouble sleeping at night and this is one of the many things that would help cause I watched it on a tiny tv in my room.

Being Canadian the majority of my anime Saurariom was from Teletoon and YTV. Granyrd the FIRST thing I saw before I knew what anime was was The Last Unicorn.

My childhood in a nut shell I miss this show so much it was one of my most favourite action anime cartoons of the 90’s in 2,000s
I was young at my moms and always woke up in the middle of the night. Ending up watching this and Savage dragon.

This show seemed like fever dream to me for a long time almost thought it didnt exist but that was just because it would be on just as i was falling asleep and the atmosphere of the show also made it seem like a dream

This would be perfect on Adult Swim.
This show was ahead of its time. It failed because it was only aires on kids channels (which obviously wouldn't work since the show is too dark). If it was revived today it would see success.
Not crazy about the editing, but at least it wasn't as snip happy as their Escaflowne edit [[shudders]]
If you liked this opening I highly reccomend you look up the Teletoon intro. It's longer and way better. The lighting crashing at the end as she dives off the building is EPIC.
Canada: It's okay intro, just take your time. The ads can wait.

Ive been looking for this anime for YEARS and could never figure out what it was called. Thank GOD for facebook anime groups. This used to come on after Inuyasha when i was a kid and i never really watched it but the theme song has always been stuck in my head.
such an underrated series man l remember when l was trying to find wtf this was for years cause l watched like 1 episode as a kid, l finally watched the whole series and l love it why can't more shows that are trying to do the stupid sjw push follow this as an example it wasn't even trying to do anything with gender on wiki at least it says artist was inspired by a French artist who was living 6 lives and wanted to incorporate that into a character the show was just being creative and original thats it

If you read the wiki on this anime it says the creator claims cybersix is not trans gender fluid or whatever
The artist was inspired by a French artist who was living 6 lives and wanted to incorporate something like that into a character
"Exclusive to the comics, Adrian has taken up the hobby of translating literary works, one of which relates to his situation of having more than one identity. The origin of Cybersix adopting the Adrian persona is also revealed in a flashback where a young Cyber6, having recently fled from Von Reichter's massacre of the cybers and on the run, witnesses a fatal car accident which has killed the two parents and son. Seeing as there were no other witnesses and that the boy was her age, Cyber6 steals his identity and uses it to be able to live in the nearby city, receiving an education and job because of this. This naturally isolates him and prevents him from forming friendships but would slowly allow people into his life."

I remember this show but I don't remember watching much of it. I remember liking the intro theme song though.
Thanks for this upload! I don't remember this version of the intro at all. Then again, I thought the intro that had been available on TH-cam (and then on DVD) was kind of weird, what with Lucas making those hand gestures while eating. I thought "That sure is a weird choice of something to include in an intro."
I notice Coral's last line here is different than in the commonly-heard 1-minute version. Possibly taken from the unreleased 3-minute version?
They made the full song of it but they never released it sadly I heard that they made the full song the whole full 3 minute song but they never ever released which was a shame I would love to hear what's the song fully like...

The first show I can remember finishing in chronological order... I can't think of a more pleasing and perfect life lesson, life's not a fairy tail. It's like what's the point in lying to children about Santa etc. when your just going to have to break it to them later on. It really toughens you and help prepare you for life's hardships that are bound to come. It really helped me appreciate the good things in life, especially now looking back. Seriously don't know why such brainwashing and useless lessons are being taught to kids nowadays, they got no clue at all how bad they got it. It was these shiny gems like cybersix that made the world bearable.... Reboot as well.
But this is the shortened, non-violence intro they released in the US.
We in Canada were privy to the real thing.
I reached out to Coral Edgan asking her about the full vision. Sadly she informed me that there is no full vision for opening theme and ending them. Sorry everyone :(
