No...just go and check vit D3 difficiency ..of you are not morning person..I mean subh subh jaise hi sunrise ho 20 min roop me baithe..agar nhi kr skte to 60 IU ki tablet baati h weakly le le..but first check up for good hair follow these steps.1:- eat more healthy( weakly you can cheat)2:- consume less caffeinated drink like tea coffee etc.3:- never jump for any remedies which is showing on you tube make few research by yourself..4-:drink plenty of water 4:-use less chemical on your hair ( simply check ingredients what are you using on your hair)..stay happy laugh more everything will fine@@totalgaming6663
