PNG has every reason to fund Bougainville since it was Panguna mine in Bougainville that pushed PNG to achieve it's independence in 1975.William Duma please do have some sense to at least recognize this vital issue which was the issues of 1960's.
And yeah don't let senseless animals who don't have emotions control you.

There are more important issues to settle, at hand right now.

We,simply just can't let our emotional feeling, make harsh decision that will have an impact throughout the country, lets, be real people, it's not a walk in the park issue, its something, that will certainly have a lasting effect on all of the country, constitution has to be amended to justify its part way in granting them greater autonomy or independence,so its not something easy,to make rush or harsh decision!!

There are requirements to be meet before Independence. If it becomes a failed state after independence, the burden falls on PNG to subsidise and maintain basic duties again. PNG would be put under allot of pressure by neighbouring Australia for failing to assess Bougainville before granting them independence. It's a responsibility and not some decision to be taken lightly
