Ot is so easy to fix the fence in a way he couldn't get out. But I would want to get out that tiny enclosure too. And where is the hay? The basic food. So sad for the goat. If he doesn't upgrate the enclosure and give more cover, friends and more to do for him he should just give him to people that will. Talking about emoes when you can't even provide a good home for a goat is just terrible. Do better
