Trim top to desired length.
Fading Steps
- Set in guideline with Trimmer
- lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5, 2 , guard blend up
- Clipper over comb
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard 3qtr
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

Why did you connect the block graduation on both sides if you’re doing a combover? Wouldn’t you just connect it to one side?

when you're doing the guidelines, do you go over it multiple times until you stop hearing it cut?
I pay attention to the line, and yes I go over it few times till I see it soften up as i move the clipper as well in various angles, sometimes you won’t even here the clipper cutting but it’s doing still minimal cuts

that's not a combover! that's more like slick up with gel! a combover is the hair comb over to the side with the part or without the part depending on the person! clean cut not knoting it! but not a combover
