Yeah my clippers all zero gapped. And as far as how high to go is I don’t really think about going up I’m just focused on staying right there where the line is and just think of it like your splitting it up as opposed to fading it up. If that makes sense

Everything about this cut is dope! Only thing I would have changed would be that part on his right side. Slanting it a little higher towards the end gives it the illusion that is is straight, instead of making a straight line that droops down a little. But that’s just me being picky! Great work.

🔥 cut!!!! Love the content and the fade!! I do have a question: do you find the dye mix you use to last longer on the clients head? I know you said you use water instead of alcohol but I use alcohol and it only seems to barely last for the day. It’s usually a 60/40 ratio (60% dye, 40% alcohol). And I use KISS Express dye. It seems to fade out sooner and my clients would like it to last longer. At least for 2 days. The videos I’ve watched said it last for at least 2 days but I’m not getting those results. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks again!
Honestly these dyes don’t last at all unless your client can take care of it. If anything I tell mine to not scrub that area in the shower or wipe the spot. You. An use a more permanent dye like bigen but just be careful some clients might have allergic reactions so do a patch test.
