Ok. here is what I think will work best: Make sure you rinse your rice really well. Then add the butter to the instant pot on sauté mode, add the celery, bell peppers and onions and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the rinsed rice and chopped garlic and sauté another 3 minutes. Add in all the spices and stir to coat. Then pour in the chicken broth.. HOWEVER for the instant pot you will want to only use 2 cups of chicken stock/broth. Scrape up any bits on the bottom of the Instant Pot. Turn sauté mode off. Pop the lid on. Set the pot to cook on high pressure, normal heat for 3 minutes, do a 10 minute natural release. Then finish with a quick release. Fluff it with a fork and it should be good to go! Please reach out if you have any questions on this method! Happy to help - Susie
