I remember being kid and seein the cattle mate. I asked dad what they where doing and he goes “oh they are making calves”. So I thought for the longest time any heifer/bull throws their front hooves on anothers back. That a baby was automatically coming 😂😂😂
You showed us a washout awhile back. This is the washout I'd like to see, with the sawdust and manure mixed. I sent you a comment back then about our different types of trailers we used back in the 60's. And we used a lot of straw in the trailer. Just like to see how you clean out these big cow trailers now. Thanks, be safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year to all down there from Winnipeg in central Canada.
How can I get into this business of hauling cattle? I’ve got 10 years of trucking experience for a local company but would like to run my own operation.
Just depends on how accessible a washout pit is! I wash mine out once a week, but some people go a longer amount of time before they wash out! I have a video here on my channel about what it’s like to clean out a cattle trailer!
Use that if the floor isn't all that bad with poo, and you don't want to or aren't close to a washout. Or if your hauling Holstein or yearling cows. With them you have to put it down regardless, specially when it's cold out, so their belly won't get stuck if they lay down. But mainly so they won't be so covered in poo. Lol
@@Stuntman4358 remember many days doing that. Specially loading out of Colorado to Michigan, or Illinois. They don't even tell you the head count at some dairy farmers till you have chips down
Bro trust me when I say this, that trailer is not even that bad. Hell you could still see the some of the floor. My bull rack plenty of times you can’t see anything but poo. Is what it is.
@@Stuntman4358 shit wish I had the luxury. Where I’m at and operate were rarely around a washout, so I gotta do the ol pull over on a gravel road type deal
Awesome video Stuntman. Love that bull wagon and that Blues music I just closed my eyes and bobbed my head. Good stuff.

Man with the chips and leftover poop, you must have 3.5k of weight you can’t haul cattle with. Clean it out

Stuntman salute 🫡 describe the ride loaded with them Heffers the tandems versus the spread axle trailer 🤔
U can carry more weight on the
Spread 20k per axle. So basically 40k on the Spread axle on the rear versus 34k-36 on closed tandem
