Herts Careline supports over 16,000 residents across Hertfordshire with telecare technology that’s designed to help them live more independently and safely, benefitting from the reassurance of emergency pendant alarms, door sensors, fall detectors, smoke detectors, bed mats and other devices to support and enable greater independent living at home.
Alerts for help are sent to Herts Careline’s 24/7 control room, based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire where a team of call operators arrange emergency help around the clock. There is always someone to take your call and ensure help is arranged quickly.
