Setting up a Cadac Carri Chef 2

Question. Do you place the peallapan on the silver pan carrier or just on the 3 nodges in the black pan?
And is it steady?

Thanks for watching the video. We use the silver pan grille for the paella pan. The pan is quite heavy so we have always found it sturdy and we haven’t encounter any issues.

Which gas regulator are you using on this set up please?

Thanks for watching. I’m not sure of the exact regulator. We usually use the Cadac on the caravans propane gas supply but when using it at home we use a butane bottle and have found both work fine

@@caravanpastimes8011 Thanks, I have been looking for an appropriate length hose and a regulator to fit my propane bottle (not clip on) and having difficulty understanding which to get.

@@adrianadcock3854 it can be confusing I agree. I do know Cadac recommend a hose length of 2m maximum which is what we use but not sure on the regulator for a propane bottle.

It can get a big of a load. We try to pre-plan but always which we had taken another pan
