I love the way you review things, you aren’t shy about what you like/dislike but it’s never offensive to the author/maker of the product you are reviewing. Also you get straight to the point in every video instead of wasting five minutes on a useless intro like most youtubers 👍
I've recently found the artist Anna Bucciarelli and her botanical watercolor work is amazing! This book reminds me of her work it's really inspiring. I'm going to try more botanical drawings.

The artists' web contacts are listed at the back of the book. If anyone wants to know details about a particular artist and what materials they use, one could always find out. In her other books Helen Birch describes the processes in brief in the text and I think she does it here, too. Although I have it, I must admit that I have just skipped through and not read this book, yet. The essence of her books is inspiration, so she gives pointers of what is possible so you can create something with the materials (and software) you have. Oh wow thank you for sharing! As someone who wants to do more botanical illustrations I find this really helpful. Especially that the illustrations are in different styles and mediums. I'll have to check out the other books by this author too.
Personally not a fan of the fact that the materials and media aren't listed. 80% of my curiosity is knowing the mediums and techniques. Those are some stunning and realistic paintings though

The Botanical book looks like a good example book on the go and I was wondering if the similar a Pen and Ink was just as good. Small books are better for me to learn on the go too.

I agree wholeheartedly, like to know the materials used, I like to try to use them to see if I can get almost the same results.
