Wow as someone who has ADHD, this video kept me engaged throughout. Nice editing and storytelling. I am definitely going to use "deconstruction" technique from now on.

Great content! Thank you! Keep doing what you doing buddy and this channel will grow!
Not sure if you have tried this already, but would be interesting if you could try the cold showers for a month and see if there is any improvement in clarity and productivity. Or if there any improvement in mental toughness, since you have to put yourself through a rough struggle everyday.
Second brain video actually is very interesting as well, watched it a while back. Funny enough I also learn Spanish now, but just with duolingo.. Gracias y adios!

      Thanks for the feedback!
I actually made a video on doing cold showers already if you want to check it out. Although I'm due for another, since I just made a polar plunge as well.
For learning spanish I wouldn't recommend duolingo, it won't get you nearly as far as you want. Start with the book Spanish Verb Tenses, Practice Makes Perfect. That will get you deep into the grammar and you'll actually learn why you do certain things. Saves a lot of confusion.

Super interesting and wonderfully edited video! As someone with a lot of hobbies, these steps are pretty close to the process I follow to learn new things. There are just a few notes I wanted to add:
    1. Timing-- Usually with learning something new, you will need to cut out a chunk of your time out of your current lifestyle to fit it in. What are you willing to "sacrifice"? Maybe an hour of social media a day? That's 7 extra hours a week for you to learn! If at all possible, fit it into your schedule so it becomes regular routine to learn that one thing. It goes sort of hand in hand with selection and stakes.
A better way of thinking about timing is this. What would you like to have more in your life that you're willing to have less in your life? If your life was a pie chart of the time you could spend, what would you like to decrease the percentage of to increase another percentage?
    2. Build a self-evaluation loop into your life -- This will help you with reassessing what you've learned and allow yourself to check how much you have learned and where you are with your goal of learning that thing. With a general understanding of where you stand, you can go back and consider new deconstruction (especially since you know more!), new selections, and better sequencing. It also helps with improving!
Happy learning & continúa con el fantástico trabajo!
