    I do practice some poses on my UPPER BODY's exercise day. but the Doward dog's wall pose I havent ever done it. I felt a little bit "uncomfortable" but maybe bkz its something new for me.Have a great week,

    am I correct that this is also great prep for Shoulder flexion in Wheel Pose (Up Bow), especially for people who find it hard to push away from the floor because they can't keep their shoulders over their wrists? (they would also need to open thoracic spine)? thanks for comments
