Can you do one podcast with UX designer too? Specially when someone does not have a degree / masters but has several years of practical work experience with bootcamp as a start point. Cracking interviews with a bootcamp background is just getting tougher. Not everyone has a leeway to spend money on masters, but when a candidate is confident with his work and knowledge but still gets rejected only because masters or Bach degree is not mentioned on the resume, it gets tough and depressing. Yudi please make one podcast on this topic.

@@YudiJ sure, i am from the caribbean and would love to work in usa however based on what i am seeing, persons that study in usa have alot more chances to land a job because 1) they are currently in usa 2) they seem to have more chances in h1b visa lottery. just wanted to know how to go about this amd your content has been informative so far. i have bsc and msc computer science and currently a systems analyst with 10 plus yrs software dev experience. thanks Yudi
If the candidate is in US with security clearance visa, then only hiring people will respond. This strategy will not be apply for outside US candidates.

I would target 10-20 connections a day and on average expect 2-4% conversion in responses.
