Even in the chase sequence when miles first time saw his claws he directly asks miguel if he's truly a spider man or not...maybe he has seen those claws for the first time but its a subtle detail 🤷

I have a question. According to Miguel if Miles isn't supposed to be Spider-Man, then why would he even have canon events in his life? I think this is a loophole.
He wasn't supposed to be but he became one that's why a canon event is for miles because every spider people has one.
it was not actually his canon event, it was peter's canon event, cuz even if miles would not have become a spider man, hsi fatgher would have still existed, and someday become a captain, and his death would actually mean the canon event for the peter of earth 1611...
According to me.
The Canon event is not for Peter Parker but for spiderman.
That's why even tho miles was not meant to become a Spiderman. He became one and thus has to face his canon event.
The peter Parker, who died as a spiderman in Miles universe also probably faced his canon event of losing his uncle Ben that's why we only see aunt may in the first part of the movie.

Apart from your two theories, I personally think that there will be a third plot in Spider-Man: BTSV regarding Evil Miles from Earth-42 who has now become the Prowler of his universe. Significant amount of movie will probably show a fight scene between the Gwen's Team, Miles and the Prowler.

My theory is that every movie of the spiderverse trilogy has a title that tells about the events happening in the movie
In the first movie, miles got to know about the multiverse for the first time and even met his variants from spiderverse. Hence the name INTO THE SPIDERVERSE
In the second movie, miles was traveling across different universes in order to stop spot. Hence the name ACROSS THE SPIDERVERSE
And the third movie is named BEYOND THE SPIDERVERSE. Which means we are going to see something outside of the spiderverse pretty much what mohit said about inheritors at 8:24 So yeah. It's possible that inheritors are the main villian of the trilogy

I was rewatching Spiderman Into the Spider-verse and Spiderman Across the Spider-verse and I observed one thing that I didn't earlier, in first movie Peter B Parker said "Spider-Man doesn't wear a cape"...and in second movie we are introduced with Spider-Man 2099 wearing a cape. He didn't even needed a cape or uses it elsewhere in the whole movie...Is he an imposter...A vampire!
Don't think Sony is that smart to make story that complicated we will see some surprises but story will be simple
Spot will join hands with Miles and Gwen's team to help them teleport to different universes without the help of Miguel's device. Maybe Earth 42 Prowler Miles and Earth 1610 Spider-Man Miles are branches of the same universe as in two possibilities based on two choices much like Dr. Strange's split personalities in What If series. And this splitting could be a result of Madame Web's interference in order to stop this fake Spider-Man 2099 vampire.
I had a question as well, on the train fight Miguel says to Miles "You are an anomaly, you were never supposed to be bit, you are the reason spot was created", If spot was created due to an anomaly i.e Miles becoming spiderman which was not supposed to be a canon event, then how can this anomaly be the cause of a canon event in Mumbattan? If spot was never supposed to be created, the building in mumbattan would never fall, and Inspector Singh wouldn't die, which in itself is disruption of a canon event. Is this a loophole?

He is Spiderman but he's more spider to be exact. He wasn't bitten by a radioactive spider rather his drink was spiked by his boss with a very addictive drug that will prevent him from leaving alchemax(a lab in year 2099 one where Miguel worked) and to remove that drug addiction Miguel tried to rewrite his DNA but someone messed around with his DNA and put spider DNA in his. Which results him in having spider powers like fangs talons and super fast regeneration but he doesn't have Spidey senses as he's only 50% spider. Though in comic he has natural webbing idk why they removed it. And as for the drug he takes it to suppress his spider DNA.
Imagine, miles and his team somehow defeat spot, saving his dad but then Miguel himself kills Miles dad just for the sake of canon.
so my theory is that the migules experience with the cannon event is just an inserjon because in the first movie when miles spider sense activates for the 1st time the background color changes from prowler to spiderman and in the 2nd movie we see if miles was not bitten he would have been the prowler so the destiny and canon event can change and insurgen cause mcu logic he was in the wrong uni for far too long

Loved the moviee , One of the best . Even I had the same feeling tht miguel O' Hara is not even feeling like spiderman , whatever dark turn happens in spidermans life , spiderman feels like spiderman , for eg . Andrews spiderman , he feels like spiderman after the dark events or canon events but miguel doesnt feel like tht , he feels evil, and mostly I guess hes gonna be the main villian in beyond the spiderverse...
