I personally wear it to land fish and hold the leader for heavier species, and a peace of mind if i slip and hold a sharp rock 😅 Not too sure about everyone else hahaha. I didnt even need it to land the fish in this video though, kind of just lifted the fish with my rod lol!
Appreciate it heaps! Hm, I do head out sometimes when its over 1m swell, but it really depends on the ledge you're at. Also direction of swell and wind comes in account too. But i wouldn't go out when its over 1.5-2m+ swell 😂
if this place at Bass point Wollongong will get trouble .. the gate will shut down at 6 pm ; you must move your car out park out side about 1 km then walk in..the way to get in or out very rought .. bad to use trolly .move fish out .??? need big wheels because too much small rocks
