    Hi yet another great video packed to the brim with good content👌🏿just dis a 162km ride this am.2months ago there we 2 elites I couldnt ride with..today I stuck and worked with one them right to the line

    I've spent 15 years helping the Youth ride better this year at 52 it my turn ..the content you ve just shared mirrors my training ..thanks it's good to find someone who I'd say validifies what one does..NB deep down I d hate to beat these youngsters ...they need to beat me
    ..but I wont hand them it all on a Silver platter
    .

    why would you need to clear lactate? lactate isn't actually a problem. if you eat a lot of carbs in an evening, the liver and other organs will actually produce lactate and release it to the blood.

      Because clearing excessive lactate form the blood makes your ability to have lower lactate at same watts, that means lower HR at same watts, that means your ftp gets higher this way ;)

      If you can manage lactate for greater effort you can ride faster for longer.

      Literally gives you sessions with specifics: %of FTP plus timings.
      Sweetspot and tempo sessions with examples of how many of these high intensity sessions you should do per week (once and if you can recover well perhaps another).
