500g Noodles 福州面
80g Fish Cake 鱼饼
40g Squid 墨鱼
80g Chicken 鸡肉
6 Fresh Prawns 鲜虾
1.5Tbsp Corn Starch 玉米粉
0.5Tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
1Tbsp Water 水
50g Lard 猪油
1 Piece Ginger 姜
1 Tbsp Veg. Oil 植物油
2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic 蒜末
Choy Sum 菜心
◆ Seasoning 调味料 ◆
400ml Water 水
¼ Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
0.5 Tsp Sugar 糖
1 Tsp Salt 盐
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
2 Tbsp Thick Soy Sauce 酱油膏
