As a lover of arcane odyssey I literally have 8 slots of mostly max level characters haha. Each play through feels different since the magic and class you choose really changes the experience.
I got sunken iron helm and chest when I didn't even kill Argos (if I remember correctly) and then nothing until 3000 fish. I got sunken warrior helm on 3001 fish. Yeah.
When fighting ANY npc i NEVER suggest to use a move that hits multiple times. The NPCS are coded to block anything that hits more than once so it is better to just use single shot blasts and placed explosions

Personally, I prefer doing charts after reaching level 100. Akursius keep is unlocked as a chart location at that level, and because not all islands are unlocked yet, it will be much easier to get blasted gear. Some modified items have more stats than boss items, such as amulets, but you have to be more lucky to get the items you want. If you dont care what stats you get or are willing to grind extra for higher stats, id recommend that strategy. Lost envoy and diplomat also have more stats than the sunken set, but for some reason are easier to get as you can farm rare+ treasure charts by defeating your rival.
chart locations aren't level gated. You get charts for islands you've *been* to until level 80, at which point it picks any island in that sea whether you've visited or not. ALL charts are unlocked at level 80, and before then selectively. This makes it easier to get elm island or akursius charts early on if you only selectively explore those islands. You don't get good akursius loot, though, because all the gear before level 100 is generally undesirable even when blasted. I also wouldn't avoid doing charts before level 100, they can still be a great source of exp especially when paired with their exploration tasks.
He didn't get the leggings or sword on that file either, but at least one of the two sunken warrior chestplates is shown and confirmed to be from this file on this account. I don't doubt that he may have caught both chestplates.

Depends if the move is an animation like the rapier having that move, which throws them up in the air to then stab them multiple times.
