The food y'all got at The Road Kill Cafe looked delicious! Really enjoyed seeing all of the roadside attractions.

That was a prickly pear cactus. In Seligman. It's a very sweet fruit. They make candy from it and flavor margaritas with the prickly pears. Delicious, but very sweet.

I love any place that has corned beef hash for breakfast😋 The Road Kill Cafe looked cute and quirky😅 Lots of stuff closed up😨 They like mannequins out west😉 Lots of dead cars as well🚗 I would have just enjoyed learning all the history🐾🦊🐺
Will and Dawn y'all should visit Busch Gardens in Williamsburg Va. It has clydesdale horses and it's a really fun and pretty theme park. Fun video.

Arthritis and Cellulitis pain is awful. I fell again just now getting over it. But I trust God and it’s in his hands. Thanks for asking about me

The breakfast looked really yummy. Toast to dip into your eggs. I love it. Not much into hash. That town needs to get a good steak house . It seems that Willams Arizona would have a great steak house in it. Maybe someone that is listening to your trip might get a idea and the funds to do that . Are you all ready to get back.. we are past ready for you both to get back.

Dawn's book is called a Mother road route 66 passport. There are 39 places to get your "passport" stamped and includes discounts and souvenirs
Peach Springs is famous for it's wine. There are vineyards there that produce some delicious wine. There is wine tasting there, too.

I was in Seligman July of' 20 neat town we stayed at the route 66 motel next to the road kill cafe
I wonder if my uncle.was trained here during WW2. He was a tailgunner on a B17. Flying out of England

It appears that Dawn and Will are using Jerry McClanahan’s “Route 66 EZ Guide.” It’s a very good, spiral bound guidebook.

That barber shop and the barber, Angel, are very famous in Arizona. It's true, about him saving Route 66 after the interstate came in. He passed away, but his family still runs his store and barber shop.
When did he pass away? I met him about a year or so ago and he was a nice guy and came riding up on his bicycle. His barbershop/store is really a fun place.
His brother Juan Delgadillo passed away, but ANGEL Delgadillo is alive and well as of 2021.

I have really enjoyed your Route 66 trip, but I have to say that you two look exhausted! I hope that when you get back home that you will take time to rest. Nothing like sleeping in your own bed. Love yous! Safe travels home!
