One Day Exploring Gibraltar

I was in Spain on a work trip and we had an extra day before we had to head back Canada, so we decided to do a day trip to Gibraltar! We drove the rental car from Cadiz to Gibraltar, about 1.5 hours away. In Gibraltar we booked a private van tour to the top of the rock.
The tour included 4 stops:
1. The Pillars of Hercules
2. St. Michael's Cave
3. Spend time with the monkeys at the top of the rock
4. The Great Siege Tunnels
At the end of the tour I walked around the Gibraltar Botanic Gardens. Had Chicken Tagine at local restaurant. There is a cable car to get to the top of the rock also, but we didn't take it. My favorite part of the trip was spending time with the Barbary Macaques, the only wild monkeys in Europe!
