Hi Sir, thank you for the informative video, don't we give the heat transfer Coefficient in the simulation? If so, u didn't mention it in the video. Please let me know regarding the same
This depends on your model and how you want to set it up. You can use a heat flux boundary condition and define you HTC, or in my case I used a temperature boundary condition.
Hello, i downloaded the thermoelectric app from comsol, then i checked their analyse cop values are negative i mean with minus depending on I0.. how can cop be negative ven in comsol's original model, in their analyse report?
First you need to make sure that the domain is selected under the physics then you need to make sure that you have your selection made for “boundaries” under “ground” boundary condition settings.
It depends which side you want to be the “cold side”, and which is the “hot side”. Flipping the polarity of this model will result in the cold side being hot.
Hi, I am new to COMSOL and I want to simulate TEG. Most of paper extract the output power by adapting a resistance load but I cannot find how. Do you know how to adapt a resistance load to the TEG?
You can include an additional “Electrical circuit” physics interface and connect that circuit to your TEG model. For further assistance; please contact support@comsol.com
By applying a temperature difference across the structure (from both sides) and using a zero value a the “terminal” boundary condition, you can harvest electrical energy from this TEC model
Is it possible to get the power output without the "current terminal" mode?? I do not have a terminal license.
How can we do structure analysis on a TEG module ?

Hi, how to obtain the heat transferred from cold side (Qc) to hot side (Qh) in the same module for the applied input current !!!
Sir, can you please make a video for Seebeck effect in Thermoelectric generator?
hello I don't know how to apply the ground in this example , my mouse cannot select the 13 as my ground , I cannot click that

fo expample ı want to maintain coltside = 35, hot side i will add heat sink?
hello can we maintain spesific tempretaure?
How should I know where to put the ground and terminal when I'm doing the whole peltier module?

@@elnadyengineering2451 how can I change the cold temp to 250 and the hot temp to 300+?

I am also facing the same issue now. Did you got the solution.
How can it be simulate reverse seebach effect.
How energy harvesting from renewable sources?

@@nevinaladdin541 May i know that the terminal would be current or voltage for thermoelectric generator??
nice video helped me a lot thank you
