I would whisk your eggs up in the melted butter first. Then add your pinapple and juice and mix. Then add your cake mix last and mix it well. Then pour in your pan. That will distribute your ingredients more evenly. 😊

Fruity pebbles cheesecake looks awesome…a light buttering of your baking dish will have it all slide right out for cutting. Also rub butter on your hand when spreading the crust and it won’t stick to your hands at all.

And to remove some of what’s on your beaters after mixing keep your mixer running at a low speed and slowly bring your beaters up until they are almost out of batter that gets a lot off the beaters but not everthing. Start your mixer at it's lowest speed at first, if you have to give it a couple of 'starter' swirls with your whisk, then start the mixer at lowest slowest speed and after a couple of revolutions of the beaters, then advancing the mixer up in speed, that might help with the tornado launching of mix stuff? I am in Australia and noticed the way you cook desserts etc is very different to us. You seem to use packaged or instant products like cake mixes, tinned fruit, tubs of what i think is icing (frosting?). Do you not make anything from scratch, eg the beginning without premade products. I make cake and desserts but nothing is in a packet. Even the fruit is fresh. I'm just curious

I think the chocolate crescent rolls needed to cook a bit longer and maybe on a little higher temp. They looked quite gooey to me. But I bet the flavor was spot on.
I make pineapple angel food cake. 1 can of crushed pineapple. I angel food cake mix Do not add anything, not even water. Just mix the two together. Bake at 3:50 for 20min
To avoid the dry ingredients from flying all over the place mix dry and wet separately and mix drys into the wet making sure that the wise into the wet and make sure u go slow until they are somewhat incorporated and once they are u can mix at whatever speed u like . Don’t shy away from using old fashion whisks and tools many don’t have all the machines with bells and whistle’s, keep it simple and reach the majority of people.

Put your bowl in the sink to mix. Easier on your arm & any cast off stays on the sink sides to be quickly rinsed away.😊
Everyone is different how they do things I love the way you bake and can't forget that awesome accent you have.
You can put a piece of saran wrap over the hole before your pour your cake. Then take it off before baking.
