Failed to mention the bottom zipper for expanding the magnets ability to mount over the center strap on a dyna tank, a definite plus in features for selling...
Here are some cheaper options with similar features. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/nelson-rigg-nr-150-journey-magnetic-tank-bag *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/oxford-f1-magnetic-small-tank-bag *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/oxford-f1-magnetic-mini-tank-bag
Not really any that will fit a full face helmet. The issue with that is then you have very limited clearance for leaning forward and grabbing the bars, so most brands don't touch that much liter capacity in the front. A lot of tail bags will fit at full face helmet and provide similar mounting to the rear of most bikes though. For helmet i usethosr big duffel bag styled gym bags and works good for 2 full face helmets and while riding i put it in the passenger seat area with the belt around my neck so if it falls it won't hit the ground
Looks good. Couple of questions, though - can a sat-nav touchscreen be operated through the transparent plastic and will the device be protected in case of rain?
If the sat-nav uses a capacitive touch screen as on a smartphone, then no, it does not work. However, if the sat-nav uses a resistive touch screen, then yes, you should be able to operate the screen through the clear map panel. However, the tank bag is not completely waterproof. The map pocket is only water-resistant. In heavy rain, water could soak into the map pocket.
