I’m shocked in this whole series she is in just under 11 minutes but still one of the most powerful characters

Her and cate blanchett, there is a low quality to their voice that makes them sound aged and wise despite how young they look. Perfect casting !

I'm not a fan of the movie franchise but I adore Arwen. I love her character, I understand she made sacrifices to be with the one she loved but as she said, "This was my choice." She knew the consequences, and yet she loved. Her father was protective, worried for her but he loved her dearly.

@@susan3883 Yeah it sad, but apparently people got triggered after Jackson leaked (before the film came out) that shes was going to be in the battle and due to the negative feedback he decided to remove her scenes. But ive also read that the actress just wasnt good with the sword play. I dont know if its necessarily true.

That's actually a good choice, it would be weird if she's there. There's no elves in helms deep beside Legolas, Haldir and his men also wasn't supposed to be there.

I remember when I was a child and watched this I always pictured myself as Frodo on a adventure with friends, working to makes the world a better place on a grand journey. Now I am older I can only see myself in Aragorn, on the journey to build for a better future for his kin, and a lover. It’s either revealing about how sad I am or it shows how impressive Tolkien was a author, but I feel like after watching these movies I’ve changed my outlook on love, I used to be obsessed with the physical, sex and the like as much of modern western culture and internet culture is focused on. after it all I want to do is have someone to hold, someone I can love. Someone who I can say was what made it worth it all, someone one that makes me whole.
Arwen is even more beautiful than Galadriel.

People here don't seem to realize that they are cutting around. There are times when she is with Aragorn, and they are cutting out parts where it is just the camera on him, and likewise with Elrond. She technically has more screen time than this.
Even a 40 second clip of a touching scene in Lord of the Rings can make me instantly cry like magic lol.

@@sacckarcsolusyon8290 nope he surprisingly doesn't have a whole lot of screentime. he's there pretty often, but he hardly says anything which is a bit unfortunate, considering that his lines are great.
