I did like NCL but I didn't like the unwarranted pushing of things while on board. I also didn't like being charged for a drink while having a drink package. We were told the Port had a tax and the drink package wasn't in effect while in that Port (Seattle).

Stupidest interview. I've been on 4 cruises during and after COVID and ships were ALWAYS full.
During Covid???? Ah, no. Someone must have an issue with short term memory, as the ships were empty during Covid, and the industry had to shut down.
Jim needs to speak more clearly.
