Hi! I’m not exactly sure why but I believe it is a normal thing that they do for the freshmen because when I went to orientation they had them pre made for everyone already. I believe it’s to make sure that they get the classes that are needed first. But if you have college credits that you need to transfer they will also accommodate for that. Thanks for watching! (:
i’m going to be a senior this year and want to apply to pv, but i also wanna retake my sat before doing so i got a 760 and wanna try and get higher would it make sense if i apply first when fall admissions open and retake my sat after or the earliest i can retake my sat is august 27 then i’d have to wait for my score would i still have enough time to apply after i get my scores ?

Hey so I’m a jr in high school right now and I want to apply because I’ve been wanting to go here since 8th grade but when I go to the application and pick pvamu and US freshman on the Texas application thing that you have to do it say the pv has no application .....I’m just confused and need help
That means that apply Is over,, you'll have to catch next round dont worry cause it'll open back up!! Just catch them in the fall ur senior year !! That's what I did,,

There’s nail shops around. There’s one down the way by dominos, another one down the street from that one..but the place I go to is about 30 minutes away in cypress!

There’s nothing ratchet about my university sweetheart. A lot of people have their opinions about PV and know nothing about the school. But what can’t be denied is the black excellence that’s shown every day. Yes, we have fun, but we handle our business too. Maybe you should do more research? Thank you for your time though, love (:

Please don’t be offended but to be honest black excellence should be carried out at all times and no nothing is wrong with having fun , I too attended a HBCU Howard and no one that I know of made vids every black Queen twerking in the camera .. taking hella shots ... talking about whooping a bitch ass .... I’m sorry but that’s Ratchet NOT THE SCHOOL SOME OF THE PPL ATTENDING!!! I’m just saying most of the vids ppl are putting out there makes the school look ratchet . The truth hurt sometimes I get it .
Not a read just a response. I can’t control the actions of others, but what I will say is Howard was also one of my options and I also have watched a numerous amount of vlogs & seen similar behavior. But I know for a fact that people at every college do the same things. They may just not show it, but I personally believe that my viewers should see the true college experience not the sugar coated version. Also if that was the case why wouldn’t you put this comment under one of my actual vlogs, the purpose of this video was to help incoming freshmen. No “ratchet ness” was shown. Yes in my last Vlog we twerked a little bit & drunk a little bit but first me it’s well deserved. I can assure you that none of my friends are “ratchet” we ALL will be returning next semester and ALL make good grades. (Also the fighting jokes were about people in traffic lol!) But everyone is entitled to their own opinion ma’am. I’m personally not hurt, still making the deans honor roll while also having fun & enjoying my college experience simultaneously.That’s what important to me, but to each his own. Maybe you didn’t enjoy your experience enough and that’s by you’ve graduate and are still watching college TH-cam videos?
