Good video Murray. It was really busy when i was last year, but I really enjoyed that hike and it was good to get a hot coffee in tge cafe when we got back down. Atb Glenn.
South-West-Wilderness its a nice wee hike and a busy hill ( can understand why too) - didn’t visit the coffee shop as had to get home - maybe next time :) Thanks for watching ATB M
Absolutely brilliant,i have a little Pomeranian that has hundreds if not thousands of mountain miles to her name, she will be 13 in a fortnights time but our next adventure is to walk the Lairig Ghru within the next few weeks 🏞 dogs love being out & about hiking, obviously not all mountains are suitable for them but I'm sure your wee pooch will get to see more than almost them all 🏔 ..enjoy all your videos,to me anyways they are the best out there..thanks for sharing them all, stay safe 😉
Thanks Andy - Great to hear, I am working up to taking her up some of the bigger mountains, just making sure she doesn't go tearing off after anything though ! lead will be essential... Thanks for watching ATB Murray
Brilliant Murray. Tinto is my go to Hill when I feel the need to work on some hill fitness lol only half an hour from where I stay. Great wee work out 👍
Nice family vid, not the usual drama. I think you’ll have to get the dog used to blowing about like a balloon on a string, given the usual hoolies you find up there! ATB. Mark&Louise
haha - I think you are right although she is a wee princess, doesn't like the rain (doesn't bode well for taking her out on the high tops!!lol) Thanks for watching ATB Murray
Great video Murray! I remember it being one of my first hills on a school trip when i was a kid. Looks like you've got the Michael Jackson anti-gravity lean nailed at 7:40 😂 Another great video. Cheers, Kris.
Scottish Mountain Goat it was a tad windy - funny as it was February and I don’t think winter arrived until April this year ! 😂 enjoying your vlogs Kris (Robin from Walks with Wallace pointed me in your direction - keep up the good work 👌)
@@ScotlandsMountains Haha true! Thanks Murray, Much appreciated! Been enjoying your videos for a long while now. Look forward to the next one! 😃 Cheers!
Often visit family in Symington below Tinto so know it well. Enjoyed the video and just had to show my wife this one especially as it's also the first Scottish hill our wee dug climbed. Next time you head south give Culter Fell a look - much quieter 👍 Any plans to take the pup up a Munro?
Will look at Culter Hill next time I get south :) Building her up to getting her up the hills, always scared she runs off though as hear s much of this now - however I will get her up them hills at some point :) Thanks for watching ATB Murray
I attempted Tinto Hill last Friday with my Alaskan Malamute at 7 p.m. but halfway Up the temperature was hitting 24 degrees Celsius so I had to turn back. Will need to try again sometime.
Brilliant Murray but omg please not that music again lol I love your normal music.. was actually going to suggest you release as a download ! because I found myself hiking it today in a summit in a white out :)
great idea , but this was filmed back in February ad my daughter came up with Lexi , after she poo pooed my suggestion of Pippin! :) Thanks for watching ATB Murray
I seriously think my uncle has been up that hill more than any other human being, amazed I didn't see him in the video!
Lovely walk and stunning scenery driving to get there, wow!
Its a lovely part of the country and one I have rarely visited - some cracking roads and views down that way :)

@@ScotlandsMountains Our Wee Lucy is a Cavapoo and is nearly 2. Very small but loves the Kilpatrick Hills
How’s the path for a bike to come down?😁
It’s good fun on the way down as long as your brakes don’t fail like mine did the last time
I think you may need a bigger backpack to house the dog!
