- Hill of God
One of the translations for the wonderful Scottish Mountain Ben Ledi. Although more likely to mean "Hill of the Slope" I prefer this The Hill of God. Translations apart - a fine winter day saw me head to Ben Ledi in the Trossachs for a fine day in Gods own country ;)

Another great video Murray,,your enthusiasm always comes through. I was recently up in Glencoe then Torridon for 12/13 days and was with Tom Heaton for some of it and we were chatting about your great sunny and windless day up opposite the Buckle and Three Sisters in Glencoe with him.....a brilliant day but I was there that Friday in Glencoe in appalling weather (driving rain/sleet/high winds etc) when two climbers from Nottingham got stuck overnight and alas one died of hyperthermia after his rescue on the saturday (MR doing an amazing job as always with 6 teams involved as well as helicopters/volunteers)..... the beauty of the mountains is amazing but they have some big teeth... all your viewers can see the attention to pay to suitable kit as the weather changes in minutes and so although great to watch I think your videos are also really informative for anyone thinking of heading up these hills (it's not the South Downs !!)...
I wish there was something closer to me i could try that hill looked awesome and a path for a novice like me is ideal, im in sunderland and while im blessed with coastline id love to shoot from up high. Love the vlogs 👍
thanks Craig, I am very lucky to live so near to the highlands - I never take it for granted and try to make as much of it as I can (if you couldn't tell !lol)

Nice film Murray, Was blowing a hoolie when i was up there years ago. But you get some amazing views from that hill!
Even from Bo'ness Ben Ledi stands out against everything when you look north/west, I used to always say it looked like a volcano with it's shape, when I was a wee boy lol

It was nice to come across this video ! This was my first ever hill in February 2015 and it gave me "the bug". I'm now nearly at 50 munros, but this corbett will always be special to me. Great work mate.

Ledi is one of my favourite hills. The new hill path over the boggy bit certainly improves things. Great Vlog Murray.

Hmmm a good few years ago we got two about 200m from the summit and met a guy coming down as we had no crampons with us he advised us to turn back as it was quiet icy. May ha e to give it another go

Sandwiches aren't very nice to eat if they're frozen! I always take a flask of hot soup when I'm out in the hills and it's cold. Yo make great videos
Couldn't agree more although its the frozen chocolate bars that get me !1 My teeth dont like them!1lol

We have the contract for forest lodges (grass cutting) at the bottom of this hill and I've always thought about taking a wander up here some time in the summer after work. Good video!

Both have there rewards - hard to say - maybe Ben Venue would be a little quieter - although both are popular hills :)

Done Ledi from the pathless side gives you abit more exercise, some rough ground at the start and a steep finish if I remember right.
