Kids and dogs are such a perfect combination. The dogs get the attention they crave and the kids learn responsibility and have a new BFF. The new pup looks to be a poodle or some other smaller (low shedding) breed. That's perfect for a home that needs to stay 'tidy'.
Those Rubbermaid Brilliance containers are expensive but worth it. They are also stain resistant, I’ve had mine for two years and they all still look and work like brand new!😊
I use the 1.3c Rubbermaid Brilliance containers almost daily. I prep soup and chili, freeze them and grab one to take for lunch. Flip the tabs open, defrost and heat in the microwave. Work great and never leak.
Of the things I mentioned in the comments below, don't let me discourage anyone. I have followed and watched all of TTT's videos and have really enjoyed them. She is wonderful, and i have truly enjoyed them. And respect her.
great recs, i added the pull out cabinet drawers to my black friday need list!! congrats on the new puppy, that's so exciting! i cant wait to see more of her!
Just wanted to give a shout out to ALL of the Thermoworks items AND the Rubbermaid Brilliance containers. Both are THE BEST! I'm with you. I couldn't live without all of them now.
Love the Thermapen. Didn’t know about their trivets and silicone spatulas. I’ve got lots of different types of silicone utensils and I love them and use them almost exclusively when cooking but those look especially nice. I have a set of the small Rubbermaid brilliance containers but didn’t realize they came in different sizes. They’re great and they work really well. They’re light and don’t leak and stack nicely. Im going to check out the other sizes. I like the glass containers but they’re super heavy and I can’t tell you how many I have broken😮. I switched to all glass ssome time ago except for the ones I just mentioned. It’s making me consider going back to these Rubbermaid ones.
The Rubbermaid Brilliance are definitely on the more expensive side... but given that 'greasy' foods & tomato-based foods can be stored AND reheated without warping or staining, I find them 10000% worth it. I had the prior version called "Premiere", which had regular push-on RB lids, and they lasted around 10 years before they started cracking. Still darn few stains from tomatoes or warped sides from grease. I use Stashers or RB Brilliance, depending on what I'm storing & where I'm storing.
I'm interested in the Thermapen one and the silicone trivets. Maybe they'll go on sale for the holidays. Wish they were available locally but I checked with them and they said no.
You are going get me broke with those products. Love the tips. You know what. I had never seen a bad video by you. Video are always informative and watchful.
I love Rubbermaid brilliant containers as you can use the same lid on multiple containers. I would recommend the glass if you are not traveling as they last a lot longer and are easier to clean when storing greasy food, the plastic is ideal for traveling because of the weight and spill proof nature.
Just letting you know I tried your clam chowder last week and my husband, son, and I LOVED it. My daughter told me she didn't like clam chowder but when I told her I've never made it before, she said, "Oh. Well then I probably won't like it." 😅 Truly her loss!
Thank you for this content! Tired of poor quality Amazon products. I would splurge on better quality than replace lower quality product. Welcome Puppy! Looking forward to seeing your pup in future videos!
RE: ROOMBA - iRobot has a monthly Roomba subscription, for $30/mo + 2 levels of join-price depending on if you want to be tied to a 2=yr contract. The subscription will auto-replenish the trashbags in the dock, brushes, rollers, & maintenance. After the 2 years(might be 3?) you can purchase it for a low price or get a replacement of the then-current model. As soon as I finish de-cluttering, I'll be getting it after seeing how well it worked at my boyfriend's house.
Awww, what a cutie that puppy is!! 😍 All the best on raising it. Don't be nervous--just enjoy! They are wonderful and cute and fun. Well worth the effort. Thanks for all the great recommendations. The thermometer and pads are going on my list to Santa. 😁
I would definitely be interested in the Thermapen, but I’m left handed and it doesn’t look like it’s ambidextrous. I hate having to read my meat thermometers upside down.
Agree with everything! An unrelated question - do I hear a bit of a Minnesota accent? 🤔 I haven’t spent much time in Utah, and you sound like my family in MN. Hope your kids have a fun Halloween 🎃
I have never heard of anyone putting a thermometer in a cookie, bread or cake. Pretty easy to check if a cake is done, it's called a toothpick, bake times for bread and cookies pretty darn accurate. The box plastic bags come in are the exact same shape as the plastic storage containers without costing you an extra dime. Nope, just no.
Love the tips on spatulas and trivet. Sounds like a great company. However the robot has an issue when the brushes stick it stops moving and there is no fix for it. I have one of these high end and it will not work anymore. Replacing the brush does not fixed sensor. Also, I’m not interested in dogs and a cat person so that won’t be anything I’ll be watching.
The trouble with plastic containers is that they stain so I prefer to get glass ones, maybe dearer but in the long run better. You did say they did glass ones also. no prices so how do we know if they are worth it, alright for you your you tube videos are paying for these we only have what we earn.
These plastic containers don't stain. I know from experience. Also, if you use the links under the video, you can see prices, although you may be able to find them for a better price somewhere else.
@@claymask7650 Yes the prices are dear when you take the 13 euro posting charge into account, but I get reasonably priced ones here in Spain, especially from Ikea.

Same here. I love my Brillance containers.
Agreed! LOVE mine. I just wish they stored and stacked better but still 100% worth it.
Do you put them in the dishwasher?
@@NoZenith yes! They are dishwasher safe!
@@NoZenith The containers and lids are dishwasher safe! I personally handwash mine because our dishwasher is for storage ONLY😆
Congratulations for the puppy! Looks like ours!
Yay for dogs!!

I really enjoyed this episode ❤ and your new addition to the family is super cute 😍
"My kitchen is not massively large" *looks from your kitchen to mine and back.* "Yes, yes it is."
Good quality makes all the difference. Congrats on the new puppy. She's so cute

Love your videos. What are those bar looking

I would love to pre-order your book. I live in Canada. I am disappointed that you don't ship to Canada 😢

I buy some of my Rubbermaid Brilliance Containers at WalMart

Oof, the non-disclosure tho! Please get on that, as legally & morally required. As a viewer & consumer, super disappointed.
I thought the news is you're pregnant 😅
