Every now and then, I come to check on bands I grew up listening to. I'm glad Wes seems to be doing MUCH better. He's been through a lot, and it's obvious he is trying and sounding better! We can't lose him like we lost Chester and so many others. God bless you, Wes!
Its good to see him doing good again. Edit: i only just found out they were in my state and very close to me this passed friday and i couldnt go...i would have been so there if i could have been...💜
I so want wes to find peace and recover be free of his demons, puddle of mudd could of gone on to be massive if not for wes finding comfort in the bottom of a bottle and other substances, I know how alcohol and substance abuse can quickly turn from a crutch to a betraying sickness first hand, and in weses case it shows how it took his health and what a nock on poor health has on your vocal chords and breath control, stay healthy people it's the most valuable thing you will ever own, love one another be kind and empathetic to all
Timestamped stuff for anyone who wants to see what they did, to the guy who posted the vid: Please stop cutting songs out, just get a sd card or usb-c to usb for a flashdrive 0:50-3:19: Control 3:20-4:22: War Pigs from Black Sabbath 4:24-5:20: ? 5:21-7:51: Psycho 7:52-9:43: She hates me 9:44-11:26: ? 11:58-16:15: Blurry
Came here expecting to bash the guy due to his recent headlines concerning The Machine Shop in Flint MI. But honestly, he sounds much better than I had anticipated. Actually, he sounds pretty damn good.
These shorts are entirely that… too short. I wanna see the full songs.. I appreciate the upload, but it seems like every song is cut short. It’s a long video, with a whole lot of short snippets. I get it, but it should be all songs in their entirety… blurry ? That’s what we all wanna hear.
Shame really. I loved Puddle of Mudd in their early years, especially when Come Clean was released... such a massive fan. Was a real shame to see Wes go downhill and I don't think he's really recovered, in particular from a sound point of view. It was entertaining watching this and very nostalgic but I don't think I'd ever pay money to go and see them live, which really sucks.
Started playing "Control" too fast and it lost its groove, which is what makes it cool. Then, they got to the chorus and he couldn't hold the "(IIIIIII) need to feel you. (Yooooouu) need to feel me" for more than a half second. So it sounded more like, "(Ah!)" I know he can do better. I saw him in my hometown a few years ago and actually enjoyed them, and told local nay sayers how impressed I was. But he's struggling bad here. ....Bad.
i still like puddle of mud...but what happened to Wes ??? Serious lack of energy... 😮 hes voice is there ...just.. I'd still pay to go and see him play though 👍👍
Wes is 51 years old now and is a recovering addict. He's not going to ball on the mic like he did 20 years ago. People complain about Aaron Lewis on Staind not completely shredding and he's 51 years old himself. Who's been a chainsmoker his entire life. That's not going to help anybody's vocal range.
Sounds awesome man thanks for sharing!

1000% agree💜
For a dude 50+ he looks Gorgeous! Well done, Wes...!!! Good Blessings...😍🙏👍❤
Holy god! flash back into my highschool memories.
love this band so much. thx for posting
Good to see this guy doing what he loves. We all bomb and fuck up but getting back up to play more is what makes you great!
GREAT VIDEO OF GETTING EVERYTHING! THANK YOU!!

Really does have a nirvana type sound.
schizophrenic psycho sounds just like nirvana you are right man. almost to a damn T
I feel you Wes, Everybody is empty , Everyone is so fake.🤘😔
They sound pretty good nowadays. Wes improved his vocals since 2019 a LOT! Great to see them playing consistently.
He’s singing along to backing tracks . His voice is shot !
His voice is clearly shot. He’s straining really hard and not hitting the right notes
Because he’s always drunk on stage. Not sure if he’s sober nowadays
@@joe645733 That's not true anymore man.
You need to have your ears checked

0:50-3:19: Control
3:20-4:22: War Pigs from Black Sabbath
4:24-5:20: ?
5:21-7:51: Psycho
7:52-9:43: She hates me
9:44-11:26: ?
11:58-16:15: Blurry
Before Blurry that song is called Away From Me, but it's cut off before the best part sadly.
4:24-5:20 is a reprise of Control.
9:44 - 11:26 is Away From Me
Drop the tuning one step and he will hit those notes far less painfully. On a side note, let's hope Wes get's himself sorted.

I saw these guys at lakes jam
I think he sounds good. I heard he had lots of issues with the bottle. I hope he’s doing better, his songs are classic.
High school vibes
WOOOOW WAR PIGS
I mean he literally could go nowhere but up and this is a solid performance here
Those high notes are difficult for him now.
6:13 not a killer (psychopath) ❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Dude got the apple headphone in ears
This is what cigs and crack do to your lungs. Great dude and love his music. Get busy living or get bust dieing bro.
Drugs is life bro!
what is the intro?
Really sad

Who is playing the harmonics?
Oh shit I was thinking the same shit

He sounds pretty good, I think the recording is poor and I think the equipment is not good quality.

@@lonerunner89 I had kinda forgotten about that guy ... 'it's bin a while' .... lol.. I may run a search n see what he's like now ... 🙏
@@lonerunner89aoron lewis was never a ball of fire on stage even back in the day he sat on a stool for half a show
it hurts my voice just hearing him sing
just such awful technique
@@RickvanOsta so don't listen my boy.
Esse cara não tem mais nenhuma condições de cantar
The drummer's hi-hat stand and mic stand are less stable than Wes, tech definitely needs to be sacked
They don’t travel with any techs, usually fly in day of.
Lol
Show must go on.
Rip wes
he cant sing on the tone of their songs. its time to come some playback
Not a horrible performance but Wes sound out of breath. Quit smoking and lots of water would help.
The drummer has missed several fills
hes not in the band anymore
Love this but his voice is gone. Grow up dude. You have the world in your fucking hands
You clearly have no idea about substance abuse my boy. Keep hating though!
THIS. IS. SO. BAD. They went from being super famous to playing shows at street carnivals
awful
