As someone who comprehensively plays all heroes, Sohei was the weakest. I'm also saying this as someone whose been grinding him cause he is not at rep 7 which is my next lowest rep character. That being said, the recent update has pushed him up a bit. Also, the other important note is that Sohei was the worst by high skill level standards. That last sentence is important becouse a hero like nobushi is one of the worst according to the same standards, but she does amazing in low skill lobbies. Last note, Sohei doesn't have an insta kill 4th tier like most heroes do.
