First time E-Bike and so far I am pretty amazed at the quality. The shipping person packed this thing good enough, to put a egg in it, drop it off a mountain, let it bounce a few times with out a scratch, so Kudo's! Next was the assembly, the tools and hardware that came with instructions were real tools, not that cheap stuff that hurts your hands trying to use. As I assembled the bike I could not believe the craftsmanship and attention to details. My professions are computer science and mechanical engineering, so I know good quality when I see it. I am getting up in years, not as mobile as I'd like to be, this bike just got me out and back to places I want to be.

5'7" is perfectly capable of doing the job. It is written on the purchase page. Recommended height 5'4 or more

black LCD, After startup, you can see these parameters on the display
it is white backlight, which will be more clear during the daytime, the displayer was assemble in middle position of the handle bar. Battery also has a indicator to show the battery capacity, thank you
