My wife suffers from many chronic pain conditions and is always medicated yet is in pain all the time. This song makes me sad as it reminds me that she medicates to try to relieve the pain. Others don't understand her conditions and keep offloading their problems onto her as she is a kind soul and tries to help everyone but herself. She has sleepless nights due to the pain and it's sad to know that one day she will be gone. She is unable to do the things that she used to do and just like the lyrics, she feels like her yesterday is gone. She lives from day to day. I cherish her every walking moment each day and tell her how much she is loved and appreciated, so that if she goes tomorrow, she knows how much of a difference she made to me and our children's lives. People take different types of drugs for different types of pain but pain is pain, whether physical or emotional. I hope everyone who has experienced something similar finds solace and comfort. X

My god, this is _impeccable_. Really glad to hear more from Leo too, his performance on those two Gramatik tunes was really something to be admired.
