Walk around of a 1998 Yamaha RX 135. Converted to 5 speed, exhaust note video to follow

1. Engine and clutch cover was also shared with Yamaha RX Tiger series but however the Oil pump is different in Tiger and 5 Speed.
2. The YP-2 Bore which you are seeing here is imported not locally made.

Get rid of the local made indicators on back use Swiss brand one which is good and explain more about yp 2 barrel I never heard of that and tell me which mirror you used (brand) and always provide exhaust note bro

Put luggage carrier it will look good betterthan this.and put the RD handle bar or bar handle bar..do some diffrent style it will look good more
You have missed some points which differs in 5 speed
Chain sproket ->teeths
Carburetor main and pilot jets and niddle pin
Cylinder head assembly

The one in the bike is Indonesian imported. I got to know later.
Try inquiring in the Engineering shops who do Bore and head work they should have it.

The muffler is original from a 2002 model. Engine covers are from a 5 speed RX

Better avoid converting to 5s as you will not get the feel and power of 5s even if you add all the components of a 5 speed

Performs same. One cannot notice the difference as there is no huge change in throttle response or mileage

Yes easily. Only clutch assembly that is all. Rest of the parts of RXG are very good infact better than 135.

We had been saving the parts from a long time because of which we didn't feel the burden of cost. Normally a 5 speed gearbox and engine covers in good condition should cost you INR 10k

@@Yunuz100 bhaijaan i stay in bangalore RT nagar i need new bore I have E4 bore which is actually running size is end last so i need new bore yp2 as you said in video that topspeed was 120 without stress.. So i need one bhaijaan now what will be the cost.
Check with "Zen Engineering works" Kalasipalyam, if they have in stock you're lucky.
Including bore, engine condition, carburettor and coil will also matter.

The front Fender is not seems to be original because I have a 2001 model RX135 with stock fenders both and these are very thick and properly finished in edges but yours bike is very thin.

How to convert to 5speed what all need tell bro
It only takes gearbox and chain sprocket. Nothing else is needed technically speaking.
