I am really not sure about this answer. As per my information I dont think the school restricts number of applications for bench test. Bench teet is like an added exam with your application form for dds. Its does not give any admission of licence

It depends on your cv. If your cv is good u may be selected in a year. Or else people have even waited for 2 to 3 years. Inbde is just eligibility.

Dds is enough. There is a board exam but its very simple

Yes. Toefl has validity of one year
