Way back in college I took a psychology class and the professor was a hypnotist. He asked for some volunteers and one guy volunteered and wanted to quit smoking. Teacher asked him what was the worst thing he ever tasted and the guy said "Balut". So, professor put him under hypnosis and told him everytime he smoked a cigarette it would taste like "balut". Next class the guy came in begging the professor to "undo it." Good interview
