    Atrac is honestly not bad for off roading. Lockers are cool but it’s fine like this

    You might want to check on some rocksliders. Factory steps won't protect your truck.
    Its just more money

      Absolutely rock sliders were just installed and have some new videos coming. He didn't waste any time putting them to some good use.

      NJ Pine Barrens, Famous Reading Outdoors and Rausch Creek Off Road Park both located in PA.. We have a group on FB called Northeast 4x4 Off Road Club. We were up at BHM Off Road Test Facility in NY this past weekend.

      I have a 2016 Tundra TRD Pro CrewMax with the Magnuson supercharger, so that's where my extra power comes from. 😊👍

    Would you think a 2017 Tacoma trd sport 4x4 on 2.5 kings and good tires be able to make it through a course like this without lockers?

    What size is your lift and tires. I just added 3.5 package also took of rear sway bar thought it would ruin the articulation.

    • @4x4OffRoadChannel
      @4x4OffRoadChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Front is about 2.5 inches and back is 1 inch. 3.5" is a lot of height for the IFS. We have had issues with the front axles at that height. The Tundra's articulate pretty good with the sway bar connected. Which 3.5" package did you use?

    • @texanerection492
      @texanerection492 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@4x4OffRoadChannel the only 3.5 kit I can think of is the RoughCountry lifted strut kit. I wanna get 35s on my Tundra, but I really don’t wanna have to cut the crossmember. What’s the highest I could go without having to do that? I also factor in my CV angles- those are kinda important👀

      Ur probably going to need upper and lower control arms, a diff drop, and new tie rods to keep ur truck from prematurely wearing down.
