To the people of the Caribbean outside of the biggest islands of Jamaica, Cuba, DR, PR, Haiti and Trinidad & Tobago..I know its probably annoying to never get a big up but we love you all ALWAYS! Normalize bigging up the smaller islands. Grenada, St Vincent, Antigua, St Lucia, St Kitts, Dominica, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Turks & Caicos, Saba, St Eustasius, St Barts, USVI, BVI, ABC islands etc etc

Needless to say it failed soon after, but today many of the English-speaking Eastern Caribbean islands have the same currency (the EC dollar)

@@Tytusmin No , Poverty is extreme because of an extremely corrupt goverment , Many politicians are in control of gangs and are basically just looking to scrape up any bit of change from any resource wether thats exports or human lives(kidnappings are up about 300% the past couple years) and theyve been using these gangs to import cocaine to open up a new drug market. the president was assassinated a couple years ago , police and military power is almost non-existent, lots of gang wars and the gangs are controlling all the gasoline and Haitians are extremely reliant on that and theyre upcharging 300%-500% on it. many schools and hospitals still havent been rebuilt since the huge 2010 earthquake basically freezing education and that'll probably cause alot of braindrain , especially with so many people leaving, deforestation has ramped up like crazy for charcoal. Most of the activity is happening in and around the capital, luckily my family is more in the quieter and safer country side but security is still mostly useless.
