15 cups water
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tsp oil
White sauce:
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 tsp garlic salt or 2 chopped garlic cloves
