- Cancer is a devastating word but I never knew the impact it can have once you hear the words your doctor says, "You have cancer."
Life starts to swirl, you feel weak in the knees, and you want to hide and not deal with it.
It was life-altering and only with the help of my strong family unit and friends, I was able to accept it.
I started the process of treatments and still going through it as it is never safe to leave this thing on its own.
I'm done with excruciating chemo with the help of my pillars who nurtured me through probably one of the most painful experiences.
I am headed to surgery soon and hoping to come out a winner as God is on my side and there's so much to life that I wish to accomplish and most of all, watch my sons grow and hopefully be a grandmother one day.
I have cherished your support and love through this process and will be indebted to your prayers for the rest of my life.
I am fighting and will continue to do so but by no means one may think that this video is to gather sympathy or something of the sort; just like good of life, I share my downs with my friends and hope to give people the stamina to fight through hardships.

Wow! You are such a brave child! I can feel all your emotions, pains and worries as you know myself have already gone through these procedures because of prostate cancer. I wish and pray for you daily in my morning prayer. My gynaecologist transferred me to an gyn-oncologist this week, and he is sure it’s not benign… it’s not confirmed through pathology yet… acceptance is hard, I’ll be 40 next month, no parents, no siblings, I chose single-hood, all I am worried about is my pets, the quality of my available healthcare and the costs that the health insurance won’t cover
