“Snarky Sharky”. Since I’m retired…I don’t need a power color…and I love it! 😂. Thank you for demonstrating the use of the adjustable size stamper I have one but haven’t played with it much. I need to do a little more research and then I plan to start using it. I have gotten into stamping lately. There are so many options that you can do with stamping. Thank you for sharing your tidbits on reverse stamping I appreciate them. I do like the mixed color mani and the white accent nail. I have come to realize that the best way to encapsulate large or chunky glitter and glitter with shapes is with clear dip. I have pretty well gotten away from dipping my press on nails, but the clear dip encapsulator is one that I will not let go of.

Magenta or Fuchsia seems to be my "power" color. I don't know why something so bright and pink would do it for me, but it does

I did a mani today using Sassy Mouth dip liquids and powder! Her stuff is very good, 5 stars!
My power colors are black or gun metal mixed with some variant of blue ... whether teal or powder (though I don't use powder much except for a highlight). This also transfers to my art, whether oil, acrylic, or watercolor. I use the combination every time I can.
WOW ... this stamp is intense. Not hard, but intimidating for some I'm sure.

I have learned so much from you Marla, when it comes to dip powder. I love your technique, tips and narrative. My power colors are burgundy with gold, or dark/royal blue with silver, especially with some crisp, clean stamping over top ✨✨✨ Quick question: why do the bottoms of the Saviland bottles come off? What type of polish do you use to fill in the stamps before you reverse stamp?
You can use any air dry polish!
Stamping with the Maniology polish had no trouble over the dip topcoat? Why do they suggest using the sticky basecoat then?
All depends on how quick you move with regular stamping. Since reverse stamping requires you to let the polish completely dry, you def want a sticky base for that.
@MarlaKris Do you have to use sticky base coat if you are using gel polish and gel products? I am learning how to stamp and the stamp isn't stamping.
@@malexander1637 if you leave the tacky from gel (either polish or base coat) that acts just like a sticky base coat!
@@MarlaKris That's what I thought. What about when the image isn't completely sticking to the stamper?
