I think this game demonstrates that Caroleans went from absurd to manageable. The fact that British have one of the worst skirm units (Longbowmen are pretty bad in melee, and Carolean's negative melee multiplier is only against RIFLE infantry, which Longbowmen are clearly not) definitely played a major factor here.
Hi MrMerlin, any guide the explanation of arsenal upgrade in AOE3? I'm struggling to understand it... I'm new player aoe3. Have been enjoyed aoe4 a lot. now I will try aoe3.
You can make hills etc in the world editor of AOE3 and the DE but its not utilised much because the hills affect the camera height too which in turn makes a disorientating experience
@@umuqn1260 devs should rewrite camera movement code a bit....i'm thinking in what aoe4 is better than aoe3....walkable walls and cavarly charge should be nice in aoe3.....thank you for your explaination
@@ceppatore7483 there is cavalry charge mechanics in aoe3 and well, walkeable walls was never a thing in aoe 3 since defences are much weaker and easier to destroy than other games. Aoe 3 cannot be aoe 4. They are built upon different mechanics and ideas

Aoe3 maps should have walkable hills as aoe4 to be number 1 rts
