Altough Toast run his build very nicely up to the IV age, his micro skills were terrible when it came to fight in russian base, especially with targetting culverins - he could either try to hit them with heavy cannons and soldado (all in) or focus as much as he could on destroying strelets/musk (heavy cannons would do much more damage). Also later with garrochistas - great shipment, but should be targetting cannons first, even trying to sneak behind at first minute. But charging musks head on... Terrible.
the issue is he didn't managed properly should of prioritize buildings, with those cannons concentrating on TC, pretty sure he could of destroying it. Before Shake sent troops to defend, there was enough time if he concentrated, ignoring market until after TC is down.

What is broken? the soldados are easly to counter, the cav is not that good. all the mexican units lose to the same number to the ottos, the good part in mexicans is they can fast pass the ages but u need micromanagment to win

Hats off to Shake. Just like a lot of other DE strategies, soldados+artillery seems overpowered until it isn't.
