Cold snaps ARE associated with global warming. The northern latitudes are warming faster than the mid-latitudes which slows down the polar vortex, and in turn, the jet stream. When the jet steam slows down it meanders more and can bring down cold northern air masses further south to cause cold snaps. GOOGLE IT!
Slo Joe's windmills are turning slow too. Um um Uma no wind no juice without those natural gas power plants or hydroelectric power... Gonna be a very cold winter, not a word on the fires ?
