Meray 2 interview hue ik din myn and the person who conducted 2nd interview said u may go now and returned cv. Will they contact me or I am rejected kindly share ur experience. I didn't utter a single word except English language in both interviews

The first interviewer apart from taking my interview jotted down all details and saved it in the PC which she was using .she assured me that u are selected for intl campaign and ...... will be ur salary pkg. Moreover, she said that they will be conducting 3 weeks long training to make u eligible for work. This assured me that I am selected and 2nd interview also went well. Fingers crossed 🤞

They offer rotational shifts it means sometimes morning and sometimes evening but you can contact with the administration if you really have a sensitive issue they might help you
asalamoalikum bro I went to mindbridge for interview three months ago and I gave the computer test also and than after 2 days they called me for second interview butt I told them that I will only work in morning my English was going well I spoke with them for 10 minutes and then they said that ok Mr Ali you can go I said that's it sir than he said we will get back to you soon again than they never came back to me 😂 now I am planning for an interview in ibex so let's see 😴❤️

I'd suggest you to prepare intro in English
Baki not confirmed what they demandn
Do i have to be formal in the interview, bcz the job is all about talking to costumers, and some costumers feel awkward when u r formal. Bcz usually people get bored listening to u when u speak that way. So is it really necessary to be formal. Im actually going to be applying there soon so just wondering. Im never use to formal talking. Even in ielts, i got a 8.5 band and i was being too informal but thats just how communication works.

Jo Dil kry pehn lena there's no dress code restrictions in IBEX. Wear jeans, suit or T shirt etc

Sir recently I applied for customer support in Ibex and consequently received two interview calls from international department,
One of the lady took my interview on call, she said introduce yourself then I introduced myself but I said right now I'm doing a job as a Recruitment Manager,
She asked me that why do you want to shift from Recruitment officer into the Customer Support?
I told her that I'm getting here only 25k here that is really underpaid.
She said ok and only shortlisted candidates would be called for interview.
Then today I received an email of rejection. 😐
What can be the reason?

The reason is that they are paying 25k for customer support service. And you've told them that you're not satisfied with your salary package. And that is the reason behind this.
