This is basically a non approval as the conditions are very very hard and what if govt chances after 3 months will not turndown this permission 😂😂 so better to stay away from investing in this peak market.

Sir new sectors mein permission wala clause nahi hona chahiye old sectors mein jaha par already makaan Bane hai wahi permission wala clause hona chahiye new sectors mein to already new hai jaiseki pehle keh rahe the old sec mein problem hai new se mein sabka mindset 4 floors ka hai
If somebody has already booked under construction deen dayal floor and agreement is signed, would they get any benefit if builder construct 4th floor

Condition - "Such plot owner who refuse to ....." means plot neighbour who refuse to grant NOC will themselves be ineligible for stilt plus 4 construction
