This was a fantastic and thorough introduction to SC and hopefully a long successful career within the NDIS sector.

Hi Michael. Thank you and we are glad you found this helpful. If you mean how do you receive support coordination or find out more about this service it is best to speak directly to a member of our NDIS team. They can be contacted on 1800 042 138 or via email at msconnect@ms.org.au Support Coordination is an NDIS registered service, so we are able to offer this service as we are an approved NDIS provider and you will be able to receive this service if it is within your NDIS plan.

I'm trying to wrap my head around some scenarios in a SIL NDIS participant that are allocated funding for irregular supports what would these irregular supports be? to be able to claim for them. Thanks in advance.

Irregular support is typically used by the sil provider in cases where the participant has other support that is cancelled. For example, if a participant has 3 hours community access funded and that shift is cancelled then the sil provider has to step in using the irregular support as it would not be accounted for in the regular schedule.

Hi, I'm unhappy with my support coordinator. I got a low funded plan, which I appealed within 3 months, and the ndis really screwed me over and denied the appeal. I didnt't get time to get all the documentation I needed and the support coordinator wasn't on top of it. I'm totally mentally exhausted and I need help. Im on my own with no family support. Can Robyn get in contact with me please?

It would be good that the assessors who refer people to the NDIS really did their jobs properly, some of the old druggies are getting the NDIS and bragging about it too, new electric beds, security systems and new phones, the list goes on, physio and getting the house cleaned, wow, what a deal.
