    In this simple 10-minute meditation, we will be working with breath and spinal visualization. As we inhale, we will follow the breath down the front of the spine and as we exhale we will follow the breath up the front of the spine.
    This breathing meditation helps us to anchor into a grounded sense of tranquility.
